Start by sitting on you heels, spread your knees to each side of the mat and then lean forward reaching your forehead to the mat and your fingertips as far as you can go.

  1. CAT-COW

Start on your hands and knees, then push through your palms and round your back, hold for a few seconds then release and bring your gaze to the ceiling while arching your back. Repeat about 5 times.

  1. DOWNWARD FACING DOG

If you start in a plank, begin to move your hips to the sky and place your head in between your shoulders. You should feel this stress though your hamstrings.
